Welcome to ReNote. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Softarence collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application (ReNote).

1. Information We Collect

To provide a synchronized and seamless experience, we collect certain data under strict privacy standards:

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we access your Google UID, email address, profile name, and profile picture URL. This is used solely to authenticate you and manage your cloud backup.
• Reminder Data: We store and synchronize your active reminders, target timestamps, custom category settings, and wallpaper image URIs.
• Microphone Input (Voice Assistant): Your microphone is accessed only locally on your device to convert speech to text. Your audio recording is processed locally using ML Kit and is never recorded, saved, or uploaded to any server.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

Our app integrates trusted third-party services that may collect data used to identify you under their respective privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore Database): Used for secure user login and automatic real-time cloud data synchronization.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Displays native and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and technical metrics to deliver safe, personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Google Play Billing SDK: Handles in-app purchases securely. We do not store or process any of your payment or credit card details.

3. Data Security

We implement standard, industry-recognized security measures to protect your synchronized cloud data. Your local Room database is securely isolated within your device's protected memory sandbox, and all network communication to our Firebase database is secured via HTTPS/TLS encryption.

4. Children's Privacy

ReNote is designed for productivity and is restricted to users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that we have accidentally collected data from someone under 13, we will immediately delete it from our servers.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete all your reminders locally or remotely at any time. When you use the "Sign Out" or "Delete All Reminders" options in the Settings menu, your local and cloud data are instantly and permanently erased.
